Teles Properties was founded in Beverly Hills in November 2007 by a group of real estate veterans who believed that there was a more modern and efficient way to represent residential real estate.
Teles has become the most progressive, technology-oriented boutique real estate firm serving key markets in Los Angeles and Orange counties. In just 3 years, Teles has grown to over 75 agents and 3 offices—Beverly Hills, Brentwood and Newport Beach. Teles recently launched an International Division to link buyers to properties around the globe.

About Andy Stavros

One of Orange County’s most successful and respected agents, Andy Stavros realized his passion for real estate at a young age and obtained his real estate sales license at the age of 20 while attending college at California State University Long Beach.  While working to obtain his degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law, he worked in sales for a national real estate firm while also investing  numerous real estate projects.  Prior to graduating from college in 2005, he was approached by an Orange County based commercial developer to spearhead the project management for their commercial developments.  For five years he managed numerous commercial developments from start to finish - the projects ranged from grocery anchored shopping centers in master planned communities to large office and medical office buildings.  He later obtained his Broker’s license and started his Fashion Island based brokerage, Stavros Property Group, prior to joining with Teles Properties in 2010.   Currently Specializing in high-end real estate from Newport Beach to Laguna Beach, Andy Stavros applies his vast real estate experience to serve all his clients with the utmost professionalism in these highly desirable beach communities.
